"The
spirit of Nebraska's landscape, flowers, buildings, its people and wildlife
are enough to fill paintings for a life time. It is the discovery
of the open plains and rolling hills, to the solidity of the people who
live here. My work sits in many personal collections all across the
nation. Portraits of family, homes, and businesses have been included in
these. I have had the honor of judging several exhibits and instructing
workshops. Commercial work, such as corporate design, logos, illustrations,
and caricature drawing for fun, has all been a part of this life long journey
as an artist. Most recently performance art in front of an audience
has been well received. The exploration of acrylic and colored pencil
along with many other mediums are used to create these paintings."
